Obituary of Betty McClellan
Betty Grazetta McClellan, 80, passed away on July 3, 2015, while residing at the Golden Living Center in Lansdale.
Formerly of Conshohocken, Betty was born in West Pike Run, Washington County, and then moved to East Falls, Philadelphia.
Beloved daughter of the late John McClellan and Naomi nee Smith preceding them in death Wesley Lee, John "Zeke", Leona, Jean, Martha and James. Survivors include her a, Phyllis Warren Drew; a son, John Thomas Kelly; two daughters, Karen Magyar (and husband Paul), and Margaret "Peg" Koenig; nine grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
She worked at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Norristown and Golden Living Center. She was active in her community Church of the Cedar Heights & Open Bible Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to a gathering on Thursday, July 9th beginning at 11:00am, at the Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave., Plymouth Meeting PA 19462 followed by her Memorial Service at Noon. Interment George Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers family requests donations to the SPCA or the Humane Society of America.
