Carol, 83, of King of Prussia passed away on Mar. 4, 2017. She was born in Philadelphia on Nov. 24, 1933 to the late Robert and Mildred (Carroll) Newcomer. She was the loving wife of Francis J. Dube for 63 years. She worked as a permit officer for Upper Merion Twp. for many years.

She is survived by her husband Frank; sons Edward F. and George C. Dube; sister Judith Keltz-Monahan; nieces; nephews; and many other loving family and friends.
