Obituary of Carolyn Croll
Carolyn B. Croll, a resident of East Norriton, PA for 50 years, passed peacefully at Meadowood with family and friends by her side on February 22, 2015. Daughter of the late J.S. Stephen Bobb and Marguerite H. Bobb, she was born in Millersburg, PA. She obtained her B.S. in nursing from Temple University School of Nursing in 1950. She was a nurse-educator at Temple University Hospital prior to becoming the school nurse at Norristown High School for 15 years. Mrs. Croll enjoyed reading, crafts and jigsaw puzzles. She was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan and enjoyed vacationing in Bar Harbor, Maine.
Beloved wife of the late Robert W. Croll. Loving mother of Robert W. Croll, Jr (Angelique D. Croll) and C. Barbara Thompson (Christopher A. Thompson). Dear grandmother of Christine S. Croll, Danielle C. Croll and Michael R. Thompson.
Sister of Elizabeth Breon and the late J. S. Stephen Bobb, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to her graveside services on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the George Washington Memorial Park, 80 Stenton Ave. Plymouth Meeting, PA. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Temple University School of Nursing or the American Cancer Society.
