Obituary of Cecil Gadomski
Mr. Cecil C. Gadomski, 79, of King of Prussia on October 23, 2011. Son of the late John and Icy Gadomski, he was born in Summerlee, WV. He was a social member of the Bridgeport Fire Co. and Swedeland Fire Co and a social member of Conshohocken Boccista Club. He was a coal miner in West Virginia and a fire service technician in Bridgeport, PA. A US Army veteran, he served during the Korean Conflict. He loved traveling with his family, spending time in Sullivan County, PA and White Sulphur Springs, WV. A devout family man, he is survived by his daughters Belinda A. Croak (Don) and Lavonne L. Gregory (Paul)and granddaughter Amanda N. Gregory (Chip). Also survived by his sister, Mary Tolstick of West Virginia, 2 brothers Charles Gadomski (Pansy) and Geary Gadomski (Marilyn) and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his brothers John Gadomski II, Kenneth Gadomski, and Edward Gadomski.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, October 27th from 6-8 pm and again on Friday, October 28th from 10-11 am at the Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave. Plymouth Meeting, PA where services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park.
