Cecil Albert Williams went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Wyncote, PA. He was 80 years old. Born in Philadelphia, PA on September 7, 1940, he was a child of late Cecil and Fannie (Freeman) Williams.

Cecil graduated from Thomas Edison High School and later enlisted in the United States Air Force as a Military Police Officer.  After receiving an honorary discharge, he spent his working life as an electrician for PECO. When not working he enjoyed spending time with his family, working on cars, DIY home improvements and building computers. Known for his unique sense of humor and giving nature, Cecil could change the mood of a whole room. Especially with his laugh. He wouldn't hesitate to help those that needed it. Cecil will be greatly missed by all that have been blessed enough to know him.

Cecil is survived by his wife of 55 years, Louetta (Chapman) Williams, children Kevin, Stacey (Julie) and Jason, grandchildren-Kyreisha, Kah'Rhysma, Jada, and Kristen, brother Rudolph (Hilda). Also surviving are great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, adopted daughter Perla with her loving family and a long list of friends and family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by Carrie Johnson (sister) and Howard Williams (brother).

A memorial service for Cecil will be held virtually on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 11 AM via the link below. Interment will be private at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cecil's honor to Wyncote Place Memory Care Center. The family would like to give special thanks to them for taking care of Cecil and helping with his transition into the next life.
