Charleice Lou Jean Brooks was born to Shelby Danielle Smith Brooks and Charles Anthony Brooks on February 7, 1994, in New Rochelle, NY. Charleice went to Mount Vernon High and lived in Mount Vernon until she moved with her adoring mother in 2013 to Bristol, Pa. She continued her schooling at Wilson Bristol Borough High School in Bristol.

On September 5, 2013 Charleice gave birth to one of the loves of her life, Annaleice Kathy; and 4 years later on April 27, 2017, she gave birth to the other love, Aveon Stephaun. Her children were her pride and joy.

In addition to her heartbroken mother and father, she leaves her mourning stepfather Tone Philips; her brother Tyheme Brooks, sister Melody Walker; grandfather Willie Smith; aunt, Marisa Smith, uncles, Efrem and Trevor Smith. In addition, Charleice is survived by a host of great aunts and uncles, and numerous cousins, that will mourn her passing. And special friend of the family David Green.

Charleice was preceded in death by her grandmother, LouJean Brock Smith; by her great grandmothers, Ann Joyce Smith, Roberta Brock; uncles, Bill Smith, Robert Brock, Teddy Brock; aunts, Kathy Smith, Bessie Brock Bracey.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 8:30 AM and to her funeral service at 10:00 AM at Community Baptist Church, 225 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA 19007. Burial will be private.
