Obituary of Della May McQuirns

McQUIRNS, DELLA MAY KRIEBEL CARVER on April 9, 2010 in Buckingham, PA. Age 90. Daughter of the late Frank S. and Ida May K. Carver, she was born in Lansdale, PA on November 30, 1919. She attended Norristown Schools and was a member of the Haws Avenue United Methodist Church. Formerly of West Norriton, she belonged to the Jefferson Chorus, enjoyed playing cards and the organ and piano. Doing volunteer work was very important to her and she was a great lover of animals.

She is survived by a daughter, Sandra K. Hubmaster of New Hope, PA wife of the late Joseph F., two sons: Terry Walter McQuirns of Norristown, PA, and Robert Allen McQuirns of Philadelphia, PA. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren: Joseph Hubmaster and his wife, Amy, Lisa Valletto and her husband Tom, Susan Connolly and her husband ,Tim, Pamela Wilson and her husband, Jeff, Daniel Haines and his wife, Jill, Karen Dicioccio and her husband, David, and Bonnie Ferrero and her husband, John, 15 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren her brother, Robert K. Carver and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Doris J. Haines, her husband of 59 years, Walter A. McQuirns, and her brother, Frank S. Carver, Jr.
