Obituary

Dennis H. Kline, 79 of Landenberg, PA, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, October 4, 2026.

Dennis was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late W. Edward and Mae A (nee: Clarke) Chamberlain on February 3, 1947. Dennis was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend whose greatest gift was his enormous heart. He was, in every sense, a “fixer”. If someone he loved had a problem, he wanted to solve it. If someone was struggling, he wanted to help. And if he thought someone needed a little fixing - even when they might not have agreed - Dennis was usually ready with his advice, his help, or simply his presence. It was his way of showing how much he cared.

Dennis had a successful career in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate, where he built a life he was proud of. But while his career was an important part of his life, his true passion was always his family. He gave freely and wanted the people around him to be happy, safe, and doing well. His heart was always in the right place, and his family knew that behind every bit of advice was love.

Dennis will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will remember his generous spirit, his willingness to help, and most of all his enormous heart.

Dennis is survived by his children, Jennifer DeVoll (Dan), Christopher Kline (Sarah) and Alison Kline; and his seven grandchildren. Tim DeVoll, Jeff DeVoll, Jane DeVoll, Josh Kline, Jenna Kline, Maggie Kline, and Roman Wagner.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home on Thursday, October 15, 2026 from 10 AM to 11 AM. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM.

Dennis will be laid to rest at George Washington Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Dennis’s honor to Libertae, 5245 Bensalem Blvd. Bensalem, PA, A non-profit for mothers recovering from addiction. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Karen Sullivan and Penn Medicine Hospice.
