Mrs. Doris (Kaiser) Long, age 93 of Roxborough, Philadelphia, PA passed away Sunday April 10, 2016 in Haverford, PA surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold Leroy Long. Born in Roxborough, PA, Doris was the daughter of Fredrick Kaiser and Melinda (Singer) Kaiser.
Doris was a waitress most of her life, working at the Green Valley Country Club and later retired from the Bird Cage Restaurant in Lord & Taylor''s. After her retirement she loved traveling with her friends and spending time with her family. Doris was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Susanne Lezcano and is survived by her loving children, Kathleen and Joseph Long, her daughter in-law Peggy Long and son in-law Carlos Lezcano. Doris has 6 Grandchildren, Stefanie (Lezcano) Mc Elheny, Sandra (Lezcano) Sanchez, Joseph Long Jr, Eric Michael Long, Olivia Ming Long and Nathan Miao Long. She has 6 Great Grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family on Saturday April 16, 2016, from 10 AM followed by her Funeral Service at 11 AM, at Kirk & Nice Chapel at George Washington Memorial Park, 80 Stenton Ave., Plymouth Meeting.

In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations to The Children''s Hospital of Philadelphia.
