Obituary of Edna Miller

Edna Marion Miller of Perkiomenville, PA passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014. She was 88. She was born in Philadelphia to Frank and Marion Crist. She attended Olney High School and Pierce Business College. She worked for various companies including Budd, Pillsbury and 35 years as a produce clerk for Henning's Supermarket in Harleysville. For 55 years she lived near Perkiomenville where she was active in the Upper Frederick Fire Company's Ladies Auxiliary and taught children's Sunday school. She enjoyed antiques, caning chairs, and holding craft sales in her home. She was married to Ralph Weitz Jr. and is survived by their two children, Ralph Weitz III of Springfield, VA and Denise Harvey of Sussex, NJ, her brother Frank Crist of Philadelphia, and three grandchildren. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Bally Mennonite Church with a reception to follow. Interment will be at the Mount Joy Cemetery.
