Edna Newman Weber, age 93 of Lansdale, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 10, 2024.

Wife of the late Richard B. Weber, Sibling of the late, Lillie, William, Andrew, Lorraine, Anna, Ethyl and Mildred. Edna is survived by her loving daughters, Deborah Wanner (John), Virginia Romano (Jim) and Sandra Kester (Bryan); cherished grandchildren, John & Tara, Jimmy & Megan, Amanda & Cameron; as well as 8 great-grandchildren Brent, Blake, Ethan, Elizabeth, Bella, Leo, Maeve and Salvatore. Edna also leaves behind two sisters, Ruth Baldino and Virginia Rostick to share fond memories.

Edna was born on Nov 2, 1930, and raised in Philadelphia, PA to the late Andrew and Lillie Newman, Edna graduated from Frankford High School, worked at Bell Telephone as an operator. She met the love of her life, Richard Weber who proposed to her on Nov 2nd, 1950, and they married on December 1st, 1951.  She was a loving mother and homemaker. Later in life she worked as receptionist for a local doctor. Once retired Edna and Richard traveled together.

In her spare time, Edna loved gardening, baking, cooking, quilting and sewing. She was an avid mystery reader, puzzle solver, card player and crafter. Most of all, she loved being around her family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Edna's Memorial Service at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the Heritage Chapel at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home.

Edna will be laid to rest with Richard in George Washington Memorial Park following her services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Edna's name to American Lung Association (https://www.lung.org/) or National Parkinson Foundation (https://www.parkinson.org/)
