Edward Leo Dyer passed away at his residence in Trooper, PA on Thursday, November 5, 2020. He was 75. Born in Norristown, PA on April 25, 1945, he was a child of late Leo Edward and Isabelle (Licwinko) Dyer.

A resident of Trooper, PA, he spent his working life as a Highway Foreman for Lower Gwynedd Township. Ed honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps for four years, earning the rank of Corporal.

When not working he enjoyed working in his yard, building models, collecting stamps and Hess trucks, caring for his car and having family around.

Ed is survived by his wife of 52 years, Gertrude "Trudy" (Huey) Dyer, children Matthew Brian and wife Jimi, Christopher Michael and wife Jennifer and Mark Edward, granddaughters McKaydlha, Madalyn, Morghan, and Emma. Also surviving are sisters Patricia Vitelli and Kathleen Huston, and brother Jerome Dyer, along with many cousins.

Services and interment, along with United States Marine Corps military honors will be private at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Edward's honor to Wounded Warrior Project or Disabled American Veterans .
