Elmer " Jack " W. Gilinger, age 90, of Spring House , PA ( formerly of the Roxborough neighborhood in Philadelphia), passed away on August 30, 2016 . He was the beloved husband of Audrey (nee Kerr ), loving dad of Mark Gilinger ( Nancy ), Amy Gallagher, and Wayne Gilinger ( Christine ), grandpop of Scott Gilinger, Heather Palladino, Ashley Gallagher, Katelyn, Thomas and Dillon Gilinger. Jack was preceded in death by his son, Gary Gilinger. Jack served in the U.S.Navy and was a Mason, Lodge 135 F&AM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, 10 am, at the Kirk & Nice, Inc. Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Avenue(on grounds of George Washington Memorial Park),Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462, where Jack's celebration of life will begin at 11 am.
