Obituary of Evangeline Ewer

EWER, Evangeline (Lucy) 75 , July 3, 2012 of complications of Parkinson's disease. The third daughter of Edward Maynard and Emelyn Story Ewer, Lucy was born in Philadelphia on October 22, 1936. She is survived by her dearest friend Barbara Oldham of Philadelphia, sisters Emelyn S.E. Kirkland of Bryn Mawr, PA, Elaine S.E. Tiffin of Sussex, England, nieces E. Story Biddle of Southampton, PA, Victoria K. Carchidi of Narberth, PA, and Martha Tiffin of Hove, England; nephews Russell Kirkland of Bahama , NC, George and Edward Tiffin of London, great niece Mercy Fiennes Tiffin of London, great nephews Benjamin Story and Jacob Ewer Biddle of Southampton, PA, and Titan and Hero Fiennes Tiffin of London.

Donations to the Pennsylvania SPCA, 350 E. Erie Avenue, Phila. PA 19134 would be fitting since Lucy was a lifelong lover of animals, especially cats.
