Florence M. Vikingstad, age 90, of Plymouth Meeting, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, October 22, 2026.

Florence was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Archie and Hattie M. (nee: Kuch) Stirling. After graduating from high school, she went on to get married and start her family. Her children and eventually her grandchildren became the focus of her life. She enjoyed vacationing in Cape May with family and traveling the country with her beloved husband, John to various destinations. She enjoyed celebrating birthdays and holidays with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed being outdoors in her backyard, as well as her front porch, with family as well as with her beloved dog, Buster. Florence also enjoyed gardening and feeding her birds. She was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Fairview Village for many years.

Florence is survived by her beloved children, Jeanette (Dave) Sassi, Marie (Harry) Rodgers, John (Peggy) Vikingstad, and Liz (Nachum) Tavory; her cherished grandchildren; Annamarie, Julie, Natalie, Emma, Harry, Matthew, Jamie, Jessica, Julia, Christina, Elizabeth, Rachel, Gabby, Benjamin, Jonathan. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 44 years, the late John Vikingstad Jr.; her siblings, the late Arthur Stirling, John Stirling, and Betty (nee: Stirling) DePaul. Also survived by her cousins; Mary Vikingstad and Mary Ellen Croake, along with several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 3025 Church Rd. Lafayette Hill, PA 19444 from 10 AM to 11 AM to share fond memories. Services will be held at 11 AM at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Rev. John Suloff.

Florence will be laid to rest at George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
