Obituary of Frances Phelan

Frances C. (Nee Petrowsky) age 98, on December 14, 2014. Devoted Wife of the late Vincent F. Phelan. Loving aunt of Jacquelyn Pritz (James). Also survived by her nephews: William, Richard and Gerald Siddell. Frances had many loves in her wonderful life which included, entertaining her family and friends, traveling to Europe, England, Bermuda, and Iceland. Her travel''s in the USA included, Hawaii, Florida, New York, New England, Washington and Michigan to name a few. She loved cooking, pretty flowers and most of all her family and friends. Frances had a special joy with what she called her "Girls Club". Francis was asked many times what the root to her happiness was and she always replies: "Accepting people for whom they are". Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on December 18, 2014 from 9:30 till 10:15 at the Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30. Interment will be held at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
