Frank C. Bender, age 87 of Lansdale, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, Frank was the son of the late Frank Caspar MD., and Helen (nee: Vizard) Bender. Frank graduated from University of Pennsylvania earning his professional licensing as an attorney of law. He proudly served in the US Army Reserves and was a respected trial attorney for many years. Frank met the love of his life, Elizabeth, in 1978 and married in 1988.. Frank and Elizabeth spent many of their retirement years in Florida before moving back up north to be closer to family.

Frank was known to be the life of the party, to hold court in his inner circle. When Frank had some spare time, he enjoyed a trip to the golf course, but above all else, Frank was always seen spending time with his family.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Elizabeth "Liz" (nee: Rice) Bender; beloved daughter, Julie Townsend; cherished grandson, Nikolas Regalbuto as well as several nieces and nephews that will always share fond memories of him.

He was proceeded in death by his stepson, Charles Damon Benjamin; brother Thomas Bender; sister-in-law Elizabeth Bender; sister Helen Bender; sister Elizabeth Kelley; brother-in-law Frank Kelley; and sister Kathleen Langdon (James).

Frank will be laid to rest privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Frank's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Cure Alzheimer's Fund .
