Obituary of Frank Dawson

Frank W. Dawson, Jr., 88, of Ambler, formerly of Wyncote, passed on Dec. 9. Frank celebrated his 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 6. He and his wife, Mary Jane Dawson, have three children, Sue Ellsworth of The Woodlands, Texas, Wrightson Dawson III of Arnold, Md., and Tom Dawson, of Sausalito, Calif., nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Frank was born in Philadelphia, and grew up in Annapolis, Md., and Philadelphia. He worked for 43 years at Honeywell and retired as a vice president. He served in the Army in Japan. He was a member of Calvary Presbyterian Church in Wyncote and served as chairman of the Trustees.
