Dr. George C. Buzby, Jr. of Blue Bell died peacefully in his home surrounded by family on Saturday, June 4, 2016.

Survived by his loving wife, Judy. Beloved father of Anne Buzby-Walt (Tom), Jean Buzby, George H. Buzby (Jill) and step-children, Scott Torquato, Laura Townsend (Stanton), Terece Torquato. Also survived by grandchildren Grace, Sarah, William and his step-grandchildren Logan, Tyler, Steven, Olivia, Tasso and Emma.

Beloved husband, father and grandfather who will be remembered for his involvement in many charitable endeavors such as bible study, hospice and Children''s Hospital volunteer. He was a prize-winning lily gardener. His love of outdoors included bird watching, fishing for salmon in Labrador, Canada and float fishing for trout in Montana. He was a graduate of Princeton University and Johns Hopkins Graduate School.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation from 10 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at the Church of the Messiah Gwynedd, 1001 Dekalb Pike, Lower Gwynedd, PA where his funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial in the cemetery of the Church of the Messiah Gwynedd.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Church of the Messiah,
