Obituary of George Shukaitis
George W. Shukaitis, 85, of Flourtown, died on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at home. He was born in Mahanoy City and lived in Flourtown for 55 years. George served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a meat cutter for many years.
George was predeceased by his son, Gary and his wife, Charlotte "Stotten" Shukaitis (''13). Surviving is his son, Val Joseph of Flourtown.
There will be a visitation for George on Monday, July 6, 2015 from 9:00-9:30AM at the Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave. Plymouth Meeting, PA. Burial to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
