Gerlean Avon (Pierce) Beverly, beloved wife of the late Walter Beverly of Plymouth Meeting, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Born on September 8, 1926 in Ahoskie, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Everett and Lessie Melton Pierce.

Surviving are her son; Victor Simmons, daughters; Brenda Rodriguez, and Michelle Beverly.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service at Oxford Presbyterian Church, 8501 Stenton Ave., Philadelphia PA on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 11:00 AM with Rev Dr. Ethelyn Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Ivy Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia.

A viewing will be held in the church on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM.
