Gertrude, 89, passed away on Sep. 29, 2016. She was born in Philadelphia on Feb. 4, 1927 to the late Edwin Sydney and Cora Ethel (Sperry) Davis. She was the devoted wife of the late LeRoy Hampton for 69 years.

She is survived by her sons Richard, Robert (Mari), and Ronald (Michelle) Hampton; grandchildren Jason, William, Andrew, and Chloe; and great grandchildren Caleb, Jesse, and Sadie.

All are invited to a visitation on Wed. Oct. 5, from 10-11am, and a service at 11am at Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave., Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
