Helena B. Smith (nee Bowers) was born May 22, 1932. She passed away September 28, 2023.

She was the daughter of the late Sophia E. Kershaw and the late Harold D. Bowers.

Helena is survived by her children Cynthia Bredeck, David Smith ( Beloved daughter-in-law Joann Smith), and Amy Lehew. She is also survived by the Joy of her Life grandson Scott Lehew (Alisa), and great- granddaughter Ashton.

Helena was predeceased by her husband Arthur E. Smith in 1975, infant brother Harold, sister Jane Herring, and nephew Scott Herring.

Helena loved her family. She also liked going out to dinner and pairing with a good Manhattan cocktail. She loved playing solitaire and watching her favorite shows on television.

Children and animals were important to her. She showed her support by contributing charity to the two.

Helena will be greatly missed.
