Howard E. Garner Jr., 71, of Souderton, formerly of King of Prussia, passed away on November 19, 2018. Howard was the loving husband of Ruth Ann Garner of Plymouth Meeting for 52 years. He was a graduate of Upper Merion High School. Howard proudly served in the United Sates Air Force from 1966 to 1970 and the United States Air Force Reserves from 1970 to 1972.  He loved to ride his Harley and enjoyed trains and attending flea markets. Besides his wife Howard is survived by his children: Joe, Jennifer, Jon; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation starting at 12 PM on Thursday, November 29, 2018 followed by a memorial service at 1 PM, both at Kirk & Nice Funeral Home 80 Stenton Ave. Plymouth Meeting PA 19462. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park.
