Obituary of Jean Johnson

Jean Johnson was born on the 7th of February to the late Berda Siler Guin in Siler City, North Carolina. She was the youngest child, sister to the late Flether Siler Sr. and the late Collie Siler. Jean accepted the Lord at an early age. Later on in life, Jean moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and married Reginald Johnson, Sr. Jean had 2 children, Miranda and Reggie (Jr). Jean's affection for children led to a career as a daycare owner and operator for over 15 years; later retiring.

Jean was a loving, caring person as well as a good friend and neighbor. Family and friends meant a lot to her. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a true friend. She will truly be missed! So much knowledge and wisdom was shared throughout her life. We are so thankful to have known her as a mother, grandmother, and a friend.

We, the family, rejoice in the memory of our beloved mother. Jean is survived by her daughter, Miranda Nicholson, her son Reginald Johnson Jr., grandchildren, Andre Nicholson Jr. (Rinesha), Kyle Nicholson, Troy Nicholson, Jalyn Elmore-Johnson, Brandy Flood, and Nathan Flood. Great grands, Elexis Mc Daniels, Marcel Mc Daniels, DeAndre Nicholson and Gavin Camacho along with extended family Niccole Elmore, Randall Flood and a host of family and friends.
