Obituary of Joan Steinmetz

Joan Steinmetz, of Collegeville, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on January 16, 2014.



She is survived by her husband of 63 years, George. Loving mother of Joan Howling (Robert), George (Kathleen) and Richard (Heather). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren an 2 great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a gathering from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, January 22 at the Kirk and Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave., Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. A memorial service will follow at 10 a.m. Interment at George Washington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Tri-County Home Care and Hospice, 13 Armand Hammer Blvd., Pottstown, PA 19464.
