Joseph S. Kelly Jr. 83, of Elkins Park passed away February 23, 2018.
He is survived by his daughter: Rhonda; grandchildren: Latasha, Randolph, Christina, Johnathan, Jonnte, Jovan and brother: James Ronald Kelly.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 5 from 10 to 11 AM at the Heritage Chapel at George Washington Memorial Park 80 Stenton Ave. Plymouth Meeting PA. A service will be held at 11 AM also at the Heritage Chapel. Entombment will follow the service.
