Kevin was born August 27, 1971; in Savanah , Georgia to Willie James Harley and Deborah Jean Daughtry.  He attended elementary school in Savanah and finished his education in the Philadelphia public school system.  After school he pursued his talents working with cars and spent some time working at Jiffy Lube.  He also went to school to be a security guard and graduated.

Preceding him in death Grandfather Willie Daughtry, Grandmother Vonnie Daughtry, Uncle Harold Daughtry and Aunt Cheryl Daughtry, Aunt Beatrice Giffin and Uncle Willie Albert Daughtry.  He leaves behind to mourn, 3 kids, Kevin Harley Jr., Chyna Harley and Chase Harley , His mother, Deborah Daughtry Lacey, Stepfather William Lacey, 4 brothers; Stephen Harley, William Lacey Jr., Damon Lacey, Desmond Lacey, 3 sisters; Valarie Snell, Lakitra Burton , Vonnie Lacey, and Fiancee; Zainab Najiy, 2 brothers in laws; Keith Snell and Ronald Burton, and 2 nieces; Amber and Alexis Snell, 1 nephew; Stephen Lacy and an abundance of aunts , uncles and cousins.  Also, special friends who are close like family.

We will remember Kevin by the Nickname China.  Kevin was known for cracking a joke to make us laugh or lending a helping hand in anyone's time of need.  You'd always find him at any family get together jamming to the music and doing his 2-step dance.  What he was most adored was spending time with his family and the joy of his heart was his kids.
