Louis Szot, 66, of Blue Bell, passed away peacefully on October 28, 2021 at Paoli Hospital.

A viewing visitation will be from 10:00am –11:00am on Monday, November 8th at Kirk & Nice Funeral Home followed by a service at 11:00am, located at 80 Stenton Avenue, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. Burial will follow adjacent to services at George Washington Memorial Park. All are welcome.

Louis was born in Philadelphia to Anna and Benedict Szot on March 19th 1955. He attended and graduated from Wissahickon Senior High School. Lou was an accomplished auto mechanic and worked at several local garages over the years.

Louis is preceded in death by his longtime partner Donna Ritter, parents Anna and Benedict Szot and his brother Benedict.

Louis is survived by Stepchildren Scott Ritter and wife Ashley, Michele Ochranek and husband John, Eric Ritter and wife Jill and Ronald Ritter, sister Andora, brother Michael Szot and grandchildren Morgan, Emma, Keira, Tristin, Lauren, Melanie, Jordyn, Feliciana, and River.

Flower donations may be sent to the funeral home in Lou's name.
