Marjorie J. Reid passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 7, 2021 in East Norriton, PA. She was 90 years old, born on August 9, 1931 in Norristown, PA to the late George and Catharine (Booz) Allen.

A longtime resident of Norristown, PA, she spent her working life as a sales associate in the retail industry in places including Woolworths, Chatlins, Hess, Strawbridges and Macys. When not working she enjoyed reading, puzzles, playing cards and spending time with the grandchildren.

Marjorie is survived by children George Reid Jr. & wife Debbie; Cindy Brown & husband Larry; Glenn Reid & wife Diane.; grandchildren, Brian Reid, Jeffrey Reid & wife Kim, Crystal Brile & husband Greg, Kimberly Reid & husband Chad, Stephanie Reid, and Kaitlynn Reid, Justin Brown & wife Dara, Ashley Miele & husband Drew; great-grandchildren, Lucas Reid, Grayson Reid, Alaina Reid, Natas Miele, Addison Brown.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Reid.

A memorial service will be at the Heritage Chapel on the grounds of the George Washington Memorial Park on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 10:00am. The service is private. Entombment will follow the service in the Heritage Chapel.
