Obituary of Mary Hogan

Mary Virginia Carroll "Chris" Hogan died on January 29th after a long illness. Wife of the late Henry Voss Hogan, she was the daughter of Anne M. and Frank M. Carroll. Born in Orange, NJ, Mrs. Hogan lived in the Caldwells for many years before retiring to Hunterdon County with her husband. In 2003 she moved to Lower Gwynedd, PA. An avid reader herself, she spent hours helping children learn to read in many volunteer positions. She is survived by a daughter, Carroll (Carl F. Sheppard); two sons: Thatcher (Cathy Smith) and Joseph (Derry Riddle); and five grandchildren: Brooke, Nathan, Whitney, Voss and Lee.
