Metz J. Searles, Jr., age 67, husband of Antoinette (Sharpe) Searles of Philadelphia, died on January 24, 2021 at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia.

Born on January 21, 1954 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Metz J., Sr. and Hester (Herbert) Searles.

Metz was employed as a supervisor for Amtrak in Philadelphia for many years until his retirement.

A viewing will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 from 10 AM to 11 AM followed by a funeral service at 11 AM with Rev. Stephanie Evans of House of Faith Baptist Church, Philadelphia officiating at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave., Plymouth Meeting, PA. Burial will follow at Rolling Green Memorial Park, West Chester.
