Nancy Dawn Cardoso, age 70, passed away peacefully at her home in Plymouth Meeting, surrounded by her loving family. She leaves behind her devoted husband of 39 years, Dominick Cardoso, her beloved daughter, Corey Jane, and her cherished sister, Lynn Sexton. She was predeceased by her brother, Mark Sexton, in 1997.

Born in Rockville Centre, New York, to Gerald and Emily Sexton, Nancy spent her childhood in East Hampton, NY, where she developed a deep appreciation for nature and the ocean. An adventurous spirit, she spent years sailing the Caribbean before returning to East Hampton, where she built a life filled with love and creativity. In 2022, she and Dominick retired to Plymouth Meeting to be closer to their daughter in Philadelphia.

Nancy had a passion for gardening, baking, and the beauty of the natural world. She was an avid animal lover, always finding joy in the companionship of her pets and the wildlife around her. Her kindness, warmth, and adventurous spirit touched everyone who knew her.

A celebration of her life will be held in East Hampton, NY, this summer, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory.
