Obituary of Russell Weinert

WEINERT, Russell R. of Hatboro, on January 31st. Age 52. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of George and Mary (nee Lowe) Weinert of Port Orange, FL. He was a lifelong resident of the Willow Grove, Hatboro/Horsham area and attended Upper Moreland High School. Russ was a field technician for the Horsham Water & Sewer Authority. He was a proud American and served as an officer of the Sons of the American Legion Post 798 where each year he helped honor the memory of all those lost on 9/11. He was a car lover who enjoyed NASCAR and Mopars. He also loved 70''s classic rock music and watching TV.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his beloved son, Nicholas Weinert of Schwenksville, his loving sisters Susan Landis and her husband Guy of Telford and Beth Weinert of Ft. Washington. He is also survived by his former wife, Theresa Broccardi of Schwenksville and his nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
