Obituary of Ruth White

Mrs. Ruth E. White of Carbondale, CO formerly Jeffersonville, PA passed away Friday July 16th, 2010. She was 89 years old. Mrs. White was the beloved wife of the late Wade C. White, Sr. Ruth was a Teacher''s Aide for 8 years in Norristown and was also a past Worthy Matron for the Order of the Eastern Star. Her family adds that she was an outstanding cook and a great mom and grand mom. She was also known for being gullible and her grandchildren were always able to get one over on her. She will be greatly missed by many. Surviving are her sons Wade C. (Margaret Thompson) and Douglas G. (Dee), as well as her grandchildren Dawn and David Pumpelly, Cliff White, III, Todd White and Jill White. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent in her name to the American Cancer Society 1851 Cuthbert Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.
