Obituary of Sherry Burkey
BURKEY, Sherry L. of Norristown. On May 25, 2014. Age 58. She is survived by her parents, Elwood, Sr. and Essie Burkey, sister Deborah (John) Burkey Robinson, nephews Christopher Burkey and Cody Burkey and her dog, Mopsey Burkey. She was predeceased by her brothers Elwood, Jr. and Chris Burkey.
Sherry is remembered as a very warm hearted person who enjoyed shopping and family time. She was a dedicated member and trustee of the Cold Point Baptist Church in Plymouth Meeting.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Cold Point Baptist Church, 5063 Militia Hill Rd., Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 would be appreciated.
