ZACNIEWSKI, SOPHIE (nee Pulkowski) formerly of Manayunk, passed away at Caring Heart Nursing Facility on June 15, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Leon E. Zacniewski. Loving mother of Edward (Susan) and Michael. Also survived by her sister, Florence Swift, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
