Obituary of Theresa Poole

Theresa F. Poole ( nee Forgach ), passed away on February 8, 2013, from heart failure. She was a lifelong resident of Plymouth Meeting and a devout member of Epiphany of Our Lord parish. Theresa was the beloved wife of Dr. John W. Poole for 58 years, loving mother of Dr. Lisa Poole Deem and caring mother - in - law of Dr. Thomas E. Deem. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Ravin and her brother Dr. John Forgach. Theresa graduated from Temple University, with a degree in education, and from Nesbitt Hospital with a nursing degree. She taught nursing at Sacred Heart Hospital , Norristown ,for over 20 years. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Temple University Hospital Lung Center , 3401 N.
