Bill, 84, of Philadelphia passed away on Jan. 29, 2017. He was born in Philadelphia on Feb. 13, 1932 to the late Wilbur and Erma Clugston. He was the loving husband to Doris S. Clugston for 60 years.

He is survived by sons Bob, Rick (Vickie), David (Jocelyn), and Mark (Joyce) Clugston; 5 grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.

All are invited to a viewing on Friday, Feb. 3 from 10-11am, followed by a service at 11am, both at the Heritage Chapel at George Washington Memorial Park, 80 Stenton Ave. Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. Interment at the cemetery to follow.
