GARDNER, WILLIAM S. 'Bill' on September 24, 2008 of Blue Bell . Age 78. A consulting geotechnical civil engineer, he began his career in the Army Corp of Engineers and then joined the firm that became Woodward-Clyde and Associates. He worked on local, national, and international engineering projects. He loved the outdoors and walking his dog. His favorite baseball team was the Phillies.
Beloved husband of Ruth, loving father of Diana, William and Robert, and grandfather of Monika, Desi, and Nikki. Also devoted brother-in-law to Dorothy and Ronald Pieringer.
