Zoia Sillah, 79 years of age, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 21, 2024. Born on August 4,1945 in Lviv, Ukraine, Zoia lived a life full of love, kindness, and dedication.

Zoia graduated from Nursing school and pursued a career in nursing where she made significant contributions and was highly respected by colleagues and friends. She was known for love of family, and friends and her passion for life brought joy to many.

Zoia Sillah is survived by children Anna Fregede (Ron), Nicholas Sillah (Carolyn), Tanya Sillah, Zainab Gernerd (Andrew), sister Tamara Donchenko, grandchildren Richmond Cole (Nichole) , Leticia Cole, Brian Fregede and Rebeca Fregede and great grandchild Legend Ace Benjamin who will forever cherish her memory. Zoia was predeceased by her mother Nadejda Timofeevna Kotuba, father, Nikolai Markovich Kotuba and spouse Mohamed Sillah, who she is now reunited with.

A loving and devoted parent, spouse and friend, Zoia touched the lives of everyone she met with her warmth and generosity. She was never afraid to be real. She was very outspoken and strong-willed. As a friend, she was very supporting, fun-loving and selfless. One of her favorite holidays was Halloween. She loved the costumes and getting together with the family. She was tech savvy and never missed the opportunity to pull out her camera to make memories.

A funeral service to celebrate Zoia Sillah's life will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Kirk and Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave, Plymouth Meeting, PA, 19462 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken. Her viewing will be from 9:30 AM Saturday morning at the funeral home.
